Faith Radio Studios
Broadcasting the Gospel through radio is one of our most effective tools for Evangelism and church planting.
Radio has helped us reach villages and communities we could never have reached with the Gospel. Through the Radio, the Gospel is heard in Military baracks, by musilms and all kinds of people

DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNITY CARE CORNER
Faith Radio is involved in creating disaster preparedness and community policing. Recently landslides killed over 350 people in Bududa, on Mt Elgon region leaving over 350 poeple dead and over 5,000 villagers displaced.
The threat of a nother landslide is looming and the people have been settled in a large camp in Bulucheke.
Faith radio has been a tool for mobilizing releif items locally to help the displaced people. The listners responded to the appeal and donated clothes, beddings, plates, cups, food etc. The delivery of the donated items was led by the Director of faith radio. After Delivering the items, Pastor Patrick Okabe, also preached the good news to the masses in the camps.
Help is urgently need in the camp. While several agencies are trying to help the poeple, the supplies are still in serious shortage. The is need for more tents, beddings, milk for children etc. 57 people live in one small tent!
Director Faith Radio
Bishop Patrick Okabe is the Director of Faith Radio where he preaches and teaches the word of God daily. His sermons are recorded and broadcast to masses.
current needs:
Being a Christian radio, Faith Radio does not advertize for companies, institutions or individuals who engage in anti Christian business. This leaves Faith Radio with a challenge of rasing funds to meet the budget for operations and expassion. We have to depend in donations to subsidize our budget. The following are the main needs now:
1. Monthly operations budget is $2000
2.As part of our expansion plans, we need $20,000 to move the mast to the mountains so we can secure wider coverage
3. replacement of old equipment including the air conditioners, studio mixer, computers and securing a nother transmitter.
4. Buying a building to house Faith radio. We are currently renting a building and it is becoming too costly
